hello my Gun members i call for aid with enb for Fallout NV i am trying to find out how to change the intensity of glowing objects

For example for skyrim to do such a thing you would go to the windowlight tab in game after pressing shift-enter like you always do to change setting for enb, however my problem is that NV has no windowlight tab to change the power of glow maps like skyrim did for example look here

As you can see i changed the windowlight settings to make the sword glow that much and the thing is on my old computer i remember i did something in the Fallout NV enb settings (that you get to by pressing shift-enter in game, not the files) that changed glow maps power but i can not remember so i was hoping one of my comrades here can help me finding out how to change the intensity of glow maps in Fallout NV because i did it once before. At the time the enb i was using that let me change glow was either Oxide or Ruby.

That is all i can remember sorry for so much info and words but this is bugging me because i know i was able to change the intensity of glow maps before but now i cant remember for the life of me, so a Big for whom helps me with this situation.

hello and if you try to use DYNAVISION 3 you will need the MCM with this setting adjustment / brightness / and suture of my game achieving a nice result with my ENB, try that

What items are glowing in particular for you?
Could you provide some screenshots from FNV - not Skyrim.

FYI, I recently got Boris to update ENB for FNV/FO3 to help with certain glowing objects like the dust storm at night. Go over to the enddev website and make sure you've got the latest binaries first, but also show me exactly what is glowing for you and I'll try and help you.

ok TheHermit as you can see here this is what glow looks without enb enabled

And with enb on, the glow is completely gone

it's just kind of a pet peeve i like glowing objects and i like enb to and just am wondering why the glow of glow maps goes away

@GenJohnWilliam, are you using the latest ENB binaries?

@GenJohnWilliam maybe disable Steam UI in game

@AriZona_RanGer, Steam UI should always be disabled when using ENB, but it won't be that. It will depend on either the ENB preset settings, the ENB binaries used, and the mesh itself. What armor is it anyway?

i have disabled steam ui that didn't really do anything the armor is Tactical Jam Gear MAX for Type Athletic. before my hard drive got wiped i had the same enb and the same armor and it had working glow maps with the enb on now for some reason no more glow

im looking into some solutions. that i think might work

oops sorry about that, its the latest one for fallout new vegas v0.332

@GenJohnWilliam, back up your ENB preset and then try rolling the binary back to the previous available version here and let me know if the glow maps are working again.

I believe i have found the problem my energy weapons glow as bright as a damn super nova and i have reached out the the mod other and she said that her enb "mutes out the glow on my PC" so i believe now its the new version of the armor as the older version which was not on the nexus did in fact glow with enb.

So im sorry for the trouble of asking so much but it seems to be the mods problem.
also i have already tried the older version of enb and that didn't work either so i confirmed its 100% has something to do with the armor being incompatible with enb.

There is only one last thing to check to confirm that theory and if it is as i think it will be, this case will be warped up and thanks for the nice assist TheHermit

EDIT: i have finally found the solution it is in fact not the armor what made the glow go away was the Ambient lighting setting in enb i looked at the section so many time and it was right there... thank god this was driving me crazy
