| I love sea monsters and I'm always interested in reading/hearing about them. I know Fallout has mutated creatures that often become gargantuan monstrosities and I'm curious to what the ocean might look like. I've heard a few people say things like "it has sea monsters of lovecraftian horror", but I could never find any evidence online that even suggests that. I've yet to get into Far Harbor yet(I still don't even know how to initiate it), but I know that it has some bipedal fish monsters and I've seen a mutated dolphin in the Commonwealth. I've also read a bit of a sort of "radiated whale", but apparently you never get to see it other than skelatal remains. The bipedal fish are roughly man-sized so I'm not really all too interested in them as I'm far more interested in gargantuan sea monsters. The whale monster looks like the size of a normal whale so I'm not sure if it could be considered a true sea monster in my eyes.
Anyone have any information about radiated ocean life? |

| Interesting, imagine if the megalodon survived the Ice Age and nobody knew about it but fast forward 200 years after the Great War and there are 1000 feet sharks with teeth the size of buses and a fin the size of the international space station. Wouldn't that be awesome? Life is stubborn, and it is HIGHLY and VERY likely that there are major sea monsters, life always finds a way, and these creatures are the apex predators of the ocean. Just imagine the types of life you'd see. _________________ " Life is a beautiful and awesome process, awe-inspiring exchange of living things working together or against each other for each their own purposes." -Me, Matthew. |

| @TheRatDragon I'd like to imagine there are sea monsters in the Fallout world, but I have seen no real indication of real monsters. Just speculation and a normal-sized ghoul whale. |

| @Wertologist I solemnly believe that a future Fallout will include irradiated and mutated fish species, they might even add it as a mod in F4 in the future, I mean even Bethesda was planning on adding fish to the ocean as they had a speargun in the pre-release so yeah. Bethesda decided since it would have to delay the game again, decided to cut that content out, though it would've been cool to see a underwater world separate from the world we know and love. But, yeah if given enough time, and if the next locale is set in New Orleans, they gotta add fish, mutated alligators, etc. Don't worry, we know there is fish in Fallout as Honest Hearts had unmutated fish swimming in the Virgin River in FNV Honest Hearts, so lets see how it goes in the future. _________________ " Life is a beautiful and awesome process, awe-inspiring exchange of living things working together or against each other for each their own purposes." -Me, Matthew. |

I did know about this, but looking into it, there was a squid texture already made, and an unused icon for a quest called "20 Leagues under the sea". It might have been the original name for the Chinese sub quest, but no one's sure. Also with the speargun, it shoots bubbles when you fire it, so it may have been used in a fight with the squid I mentioned. |

| Well we already have the Milelurksquens and Tobar said that they are more monsters if swim out in to the Ocean. For best we should ask Tenpeny who is form Britain so he would konw what kind of radioactive shit is out there in the ocean. |

| I wished Bethesda would have put a whale ghoul in Fallout 4 Far Harbor dlc. They had the opportunity, but blew it. How are you going to make npc talk of a whale ghoul and not put it? How awesome would it be to fight it! |

| Far Harbour has a 4 new sea creatures but like @erictuong said they missed the opportunity. It would be the perfect breeding ground for various creatures that they could've used. I really had hoped to encounter huge monstrosities to fight. Giant killer whale, Cthulhu or Dagon based, hell even a freaking Kraken would've been amazing. There are two quest lines that pretty much sets you up for an epic fight (won't spoil which) but they're mostly a disappointment. Although the later one is even worse. Twice I was blasting Blood and Thunder expecting a huge fight to end up in disappointment. Hell even if you saw just a visual glimpse of those giant creatures that would have been satisfying but not even that. Mixing Fallout with BioShock would've been sweet, but probably due to legal reasons they didn't do much. Luckily if you want more creatures there's: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22823/? |

| On boat combat would have been a great idea. Like fighting a giant squid or a mutant whale would be really awesome. Maybe having some kind of scripted event with tentacles and a giant mouth would be pretty interesting. Like we have all the bones of whales and some textures for a squid. Why not use them. The devs missed a great opportunity to have a new and exiting style of combat never before seen. And even adding in underwater combat would be great. Maybe with a pre-war spec ops weapon or a makeshift harpoon gun. Its too bad that all this went to waste. _________________ swiggitty swooty I'm coming for that booty -George Washington |

| @William Lionheart I took a look at that mod. It looks interesting, but there are some things I don't like in it. Too many humanoid creatures and the dolphin was too silly. |

| @Wertologist Do you think they'll add sea creatures to the next Fallout? I wonder if we can hunt them like the legendary creatures from Red Dead Redemption, that would be dope, having to hunt a legendary shark the size of a small town or the Kraken itself, ya know? Just imagine the Colossal Squid of our time and imagine it mutated and huge, colossal would be an understatement. _________________ " Life is a beautiful and awesome process, awe-inspiring exchange of living things working together or against each other for each their own purposes." -Me, Matthew. |

| @TheRatDragon It's what players would want, so no. Skyrim and Fallout 4 didn't have underwater combat so unless they make a whole new engine, I doubt they'll include aquatic monsters. It'd be awesome, but I wouldn't bet money on it. |

| @Wertologist While I agree some are questionable it's the only mod we got so far that really adds new creatures. @TheRatDragon Well it would be awesome but I have to agree that it's going to be unlikely. |
