Man it's a really tough choice but I'm going to have to go with Dead Money as well. The lore behind the Sierra Madre alone had more soul than the entire game of FO4.
The entire level breaths as if the casino itself were alive.

Can we please have a topic that doesn't descend into the vocal minority's personal critiques on Fallout 4?

In my opinion honest hearts wasn't very appealing, it didn't feel like there was any real content added there. You just end up dealing with the burned man and his retarded tribals. There wasn't much in the way of Loot or really memorable locations. It was just out of curious nature that people even go there and when you actually get there you're trapped there and forced to play the retarded quest line that you don't really care about lol. So I see why there's such a low rating for it.

I read somewhere about the Creation Club for FNV...so that'll be my favorite because who doesn't like the creation club? OH WAIT! the creation club isn't DLC...does the FNV Remaster count? I read somewhere about that too

My favorite is Old World Blues. Not only does it have a lot of dialogue, but it is humerous, you get a lot of cool gear and upgrades to your character. And you get a free home.

Old World Blues has some great potential, would make a great base of operations for a faction all the experiments and data there would be very influential for anyone that possesses it

I love Dead Money! My favorite DLC for any game ever. I love going through the city fighting off the residents in the cloud, even though it was pretty much Hell on Earth, I enjoyed it so much! It had awesome NPCs like Dean Domino (That guy is coolio snoolio). And going into the Sierra Madre, then escaping with as much gold as you could get( Like 2 bars lool). I still loved it though and I think it is the best peice of DLC I've played, ever!

I liked Honest Hearts alot, it brings out awhole theme to Fallout New Vegas, from The Desert of Mohave into the The canyons of zion.
I really do enjoy the story as well, as it has reveals the tale of Caesar's former second in command that you sometimes is mentioned in-game,
The oevrall setting is interesting to me.

I loved Old World Blues so much, I loved all the humor and easter eggs like the cyber dogs playing cards and the Think Tank scientist voiced by Rust Venture.

@"commissar197" I have to say Old world Blues is my 2nd favorite. It was filled with comedy and who didn't love talking to your own sarcastic brain.

I'd have to say Dead Money. Literally, because of how much of a pain in the ass it was and how by the end of it, just how much I came to Hate Elijah.
The hardest choice in the game, Kill him when he comes downstairs or Lock him in the vault.

Old World Blues is probably my most favorite of the DLC, between the theme, the writing, the humor, and all the unique goodies from Big Mt. As chaotic as things turn out in the vanilla game based on the outcomes we see unfold from the Independent choice, I would like to think that the Courier does actually help maintain some sense of stability and aid with the treasure from Big Mt to share with them, which had always been their goal to help humanity with their knowledge.
I also really love how exploring is rewarding with build-up discoveries related to Dead Money and Lonesome Road from the recordings you find of Ulysses and Christine. OWB feels like the calm before the storm in terms of DLC atmosphere when you come across the recordings, enjoy the more pleasant and humor-filled atmosphere while you can, because what lies ahead with those two other is such a contrast that you may or may not be ready for.

I love honest hearts for it's story. the actual game play is rather bland but I found the notes and story of Randall to be one of the most compelling stories in fallout.

Dead Money(as long as I can mod it). I love survival horror and they nailed it pretty damn good. It was very thrilling to have to run around with very little ammo to defend yourself and The Cloud was very interesting. The only things I didn't like about it were the radios/collar and how the Casino lacks any real action.
The collars are one of the most criticized things about the DLC and for good reason. It's just annoying. It doesn't really make it harder. It just makes it more annoying because you have to do a trial and error sprint through an area if you can't see the radio. There's actually one setup that is pretty much a guaranteed kill. It's a big room with a bunch of shielded radios and the only way to turn them off is to run across catwalks and into a room to disable them via terminal, but right in front of that terminal is a tripwire hooked up to a bunch of grenades. It's incredibly easy to miss and will result in your death should you trip it. Even if you back up so the explosion doesn't kill you, you will run out of time and your collar will explode. That part is pretty much put there specifically to make you die at least once. I get a mod to disable the collar and the DLC is so much better without it.
When you're in The Villa, it's jam packed full of threats and action. You'll be on your toes sneaking around scavenging for ammo and supplies, but when you finally get inside the casino all of that stops. The only real threat inside is the holograms, but they are barely even a threat as they are only programmed on set paths that you can change easily. Sure, you can't kill them, but you can disable them entirely. All that ammo and other various supplies you scavenged for are now pretty much dead weight. You don't even need a whole lot of ammo for the end fight unless you're a terrible shot. Without any real threat, there isn't any real action. It's just you "sneaking" around, but the holograms are stupid so you can just run right past them with little to no repercussions.
When you add Dragbody's Horror Mod into it, DM is even better. I just wish he put some enemies inside the Casino instead of focusing mainly on The Villa.

OWB by a long shot, I'm a sucker for anything sci-fi. Especially liked getting my hand penises on the laer , best weapon for my taste. The whole set up in general for it was unique and felt like the devs just went all out with the crazy ideas.Hell first time in the think tank had me falling outta my chair laughing.

Its a hard choice for me really. Honest hearts and lonesome road are tied for me. Honest Hearts was the first DLC I actually played from nv and I have so much nostalgia from it. On the other hand Lonesome road had some of the cooler quests. I also loved that it actually wrapped up a bit of the couriers history.

I say that the Lonesome Road DLC was my favorite as it had a lot of things to offer. However, I think that it could have been improved in map size and possibly by adding the scrapped removed content such as a railgun which was meant to be added into fallout new vegas but got scrapped as an unfortunate result. Otherwise, I liked the lonesome road DLC and enjoyed it more than any DLC pack out there

Old World Blues. So much detail in it. The areas, gameplay, lore, writing, humor, endings... everything! Start playing it at level 25 on hard difficult before playing that annoying crap called dead money, and the way that everyone kicked the shit out of me maked me angry, but in a very enjoyable way (not like crap money...) because that made me take my time to really appreciate every detail of it. I love it.

I've voted for Old World Blues, but it's a tough one.
As with almost all Bethesda DLCs, I have the most fun when my character is moving towards the higher levels and decides to go off the beaten path and follow a new adventure for a while.
The most important thing for me is dialogue/writing/story. It's why I love the Witcher series. It's why I love Tolkien's Silmarillion. It's why I love someguy2000's work. At some point, graphics and gameplay matters little to me if the story is engaging and well written.
This is why I chose Old World Blues. It's very 'out there' and the dialogue keeps you entertained for hours with many different dialogue options to choose from. It was goofy as hell too, which I think works so well in the Fallout Universe. I found some of the interior level design tedious, but the enemies were fun to fight and I liked some of the quests that involved time trial type obstacle courses. Really fun.
The reason it's a difficult choice, however, is that all of the FNV DLC has something to offer.
I loved Dead Money's infuriating gameplay. It really made you change your play style. The characters were very interesting too and there was lots of loot at the end.
Although it's not a fan favourite, I remember I really enjoyed Honest Hearts the first time I played it, particularly the last mission where you travel across Zion at night with Joshua Graham (who was also an interesting character) taking out tribal enemies from a far. That shit was fun and I like tribals in general... they had this 'noble savage' stereotype and brought back some of that mysticism seen in Point Lookout. I liked the level design to some extent. Zion looks immense when you first step into it, looking at the sandstone cliffs from afar, but close up, things did have a bit of a plastic child's toy look to it.
Lonesome Road was interesting. I liked the level design the most here, the number of enemies and some of the scripted events. The area just looked cool in general. But I found Ulysses to be really fucking annoying. It wasn't even because he was loquacious or spoke cryptically. He just had an annoying voice and sounded as though he said things because he liked the dull drone of his own voice. He's both a hypocrite and a moral dogmatist too. Couldn't stand him. In general, the story put me off the most with the Lonesome Road.
That's why I've settled on OWB anyway.
