Hey all. This has been a very long time coming, and I hope you guys don't think I'm strange for having not introduced myself a year ago. I joined last year to try out some of your mods, and they are some of the best mods ever! NCR Ultimate Overhaul, dragbody's Public Armor Packs and some of the good weapon mods are a good start. I'm not a particularly social person, I have a hard time fitting in to communities but I thought since I've been using and loving a lot of this community's mods, I thought I would introduce a year later (Yikes!). Anyways, my name is Matt, I'm gonna be 19 years old soon in about 5 weeks, I love video games, I love Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, and a lot of other great binge-worthy television shows. My favorite sports are American Football (I play football), Track and Field (Also a sprinter), love working out, and generally having a good time. I go to Community College, where I plan on getting credits so I can join the military. You may be wondering, you can just enlist with a Diploma but I don't have one. I dropped out because apparently, even though I was in the 11th grade, I would've had to repeat the ninth, the tenth, the eleventh, and done the twelfth grade with two summer school sessions. So, I would've been twenty three by the time I got out. I didn't wanna be a loser in HS, so I decided to drop out to find success in CC which I have so far and am not regretting my decision at all. It's harder to make friends in CC, and quite frankly, everybody is hesitant to introductions if you go up to somebody, everybody is on their phones, even me sometimes but it makes for some hard friendless times like right now for myself. Anyways, after I'm done with the military, I want to become a doctor, it's a long and hard process, one that I start in my late 20s and finish in my 40s. Anyways, that's my career plan, I'm sure you don't care, but I want you to get to know me so you can understand me better. By the way, if anybody loves alternate history, I like talking to people about what could've happened and the after effects of that other path. I also love science and debates. Anyways, that's me, through and through, a 19 year old with high hopes, high dreams, some fighting spirit, and a lust to save the world. Anyways, sorry for the long intro, if you took the time to read that, I appreciate that a lot. Anyways, I probably won't be active that much, but I just wanted to introduce myself. See ya around!

Hey Matt, nice to hear from you.  You're not alone here.  Plenty of outgoing and quiet types here I'm sure.  I'm also someone who keeps to himself, but can be outgoing if need be.  This community, I'm sure you've seen, doesn't really discriminate.  

I'm also a fan of gaming (obviously) and like the shows you mentioned.  Fun stuff.  I gave up on Walking Dead, but still a GoT fan.  I think it's the only show I'm still watching.  Addictive.

You're young.  Keep those dreams strong.  You'll do fine.  I had a similar situation to yours in HS.  I lost the dream along the way and regret it.  It would have been a lot less painful to fulfill the dream rather than let it go.  So stick to it.  You'll love yourself for it in the end.  I wish you the best.

Thank you nimlouth, I'll be sure to get a avatar pic soon. Yeah, I gotta be honest with you, TWD S1 was the best season of them all! You know why? I forgot the director's name but after the season he got fired, the show lost it's creativity. I mean walkers using bricks to take down that door, amazing! I wanna share a quote for you from Game of Thrones, something Tyrion Lannister says in Season 1 Tyrion says this to Jon in the beginning: Never forget what you are. The rest of the world will not. Wear it like armor, and it can never be used to hurt you. And that's all I can say about your downward spiral or depression. I'm sorry to hear that by the way, but do wear it like armor.
