Like the title says, I'm kinda bored and would like to give some practice to my (super basic) image editing skills. I usually put christmas hats on my friend's profile pics on social media, or transform them into a funny meme-ish image.

Here's an example that I did to a friend:

The catch is that it must be a picture of a character/person for it to work.

So follow this format:
