I would probably go with the Outcasts. So much advanced technology, plus power armour, so they're really well equipped, but they also don't get in to too many fights (like the BOS and Enclave).

I havent played fallout tactics but i would go with midwestern brotherhood of steel they still have technology similliar to original brotherhood but they are recruiting civilians not saying about ghouls and super mutants in their ranks in one ending they even have legions of robots to their disposal.
So less xenophobic? More badasness? Count me in

I would side with Mr. House tbh. While he's "technically" not a faction, he runs a faction, the New Vegas Strip. He has the tech, caps, and know how. His actions saved Vegas from the war and he wants to reawaken humanity and make it great again. Within twenty years, he could restart the high tech industry if given the chance, he'd have the caps from all the gamblers and tourists coming in to visit New Vegas. He understands the NCR and Legion are nothing more than bickering foes who might not even last another 20 years.

A pre war genius who kept himself alive and has all the knowledge of the old world with him and a concern for the future of humanity while also starting a new city state of powerful robot police officers/soldiers and tribals turned civilized mobsters is honestly my type of faction.

Defiantly the Brotherhood of Steel. However I would want to be around when Lyons was still Elder. I know eventually he would die and he does technically go against some of the Brotherhood's principles. However I really liked him as a person and honestly I felt the Brotherhood was their noblest with him. However even if it was a time after Lyons I would still choose the Brotherhood of Steel.

Does the republic of dave count as a faction? But for real I'd probably have to go with either the Minutemen or House. In F4 I really liked the minutemen and thought they were a really cool and unique faction; however, house's faction was always a must for me in F:NV.

I would side with myself meaning I would choose Yes Man for a truly free New Vegas. Sure it would be anarchy but the best kind of anarchy with myself having supreme power.

I'll only pick a faction that I actually know off (games I've played):

Main choice would be the Brotherhood of Steel:
To safe keep technology and keep it from being abused. Charging into victory with power armour does feel satisfying. Seeing as the Outcasts merged with BoS again I'd end up basically with both, maybe a bit less xenophobic :p

Secondly i'd choose for the NCR Rangers and eventually NCR Veteran Rangers:
The elite of the NCR army, scouting ahead and infiltrating to take out the target :3

For me; It would have to be the BOS. They have this great sense of not giving up even if they're in a loosing battle

I personally choose NCR. Even in the post-apocalyptic world close to me are strong democratic values and the rule of law. NCR has its drawbacks is the fact, but as one of the few factions in the series fallout seeks to rebuild civilization and pre-war state structures

I would personally like to infiltrate the railroad...long enough to put them down like the dogs they are...am I with the Brotherhood...am I with the Institute?...no I am but the lone survivor. There comes a time when a man must spit in his hands...raise the black flag and begin to slit throats; because I fear no evil as I am the baddest motherfucker in the valley and though I may be in the midst of strife; my training and fortitude shall allow me to always rise each day...look myself...in the mirror and say "I've got this" Because you need to attack life...it's going to kill you eventually and when the day comes, may I die in a pile of empty brass. Life is not about a journey to the grave where you arrive calm and at peace with nary a bump or bruise, but rather to burn in hot and on fire crashing broadside into the gates of hell dripping with blood, both yours and those who opposed you, reeking of gunpowder, women, and whiskey while screaming at the devil "Wow! what a RIDE!"

Probably the NCR because it's technically the military and I'm the military type of guy.

I would go with some mercenary group like Reilly's Rangers (if they count as a faction) because all the other groups have a lot of downsides. An example is the NCR tries to restore the same old world values that brought about the great war, and Caesar's Legion copies the old Roman Empire and uses the same beliefs and strategies that made the Roman Empire fall.
