Sarah Weintraub and Red Lucy actually look pretty attractive in vanilla. I guess Obsidian wanted those two characters to at least look remotely decent due to the fact that other characters say that they're not really sore in the eye to look at.

Ulysses probably has the most "life-like" face due to the fact that his face is a facemask instead of an actual race.
