Hey guys can you help me? I installed OneTweak for Fallout 3 and already disabled fullscreen mode using the launcher and double-checked the ini files, but for some odd reason the top left corner of my screen has a triangular screen tear. Does anybody have the same issue with me? I really want to use this mod because it helps with FO3's stability, but that screen tear is really bothering me.

I use windowed full screen mode for Fallout New Vegas and I agree it helps with stability sometimes. While I have never had the issue with using full screen I might know what is causing it. I use a program called Windowed Borderless Gaming. Its really easy to install and its simple to use as well. I think your issue comes from OneTweak and not anything in the ini files. I doubt that you need to turn on windowed in the launcher. But I suggest using aforementioned program to help your game run better and some better stability as well. Here is a link to the program. Check you have disabled Vsync (iPresentInterval) in both ini files and in Nvidia Inspector. Fake fullscreen has it's own vsync.
