Hello Gaming Underground Network! My name is Audley and I am an avid geek and modding enthusiast. I was part of the STEP community for a long time, but sadly it is dying I think. When the Skyrim Special Edition launched it split the entire modding community in two. It's been rocky ever since and there have been less and less users visiting STEP. So I am looking for a new community that I can hang out with and contribute to.

A little bit about me: I love modding and I especially love New Vegas. I am a partner with The Frontier and I frequently hang out on the TTW Discord. Someday I want to be an environment artist working at one of my favorite studios. I love 3D and started out as a texture artist, but eventually moved onto modeling and creating environments. Though I still enjoy texturing.

I received my GED in 2014 and ever since then I have been self-taught as a 3D artist. My goal is to build up a portfolio and do some freelancing work. I've had an account on here forever, but never used it. I hope to be able to become apart of what seems like an awesome community.

I think that is awesome that you can do textures, models, etc. I wish I could, but installing mods is the extent of my visual art skill! lol

That was quite the impressive read, and as Goofy above, I have been around not too long but most definitely feel the love of the community. Plenty of topics to be involved with and contribute to and friends aplenty to be met and made.

It is always pleasant for a new face to join the community, and well worth it to get to know people who share mutual interests that are found and shared among the site. Sincerest hopes that you feel most welcomed and comfortable on here as we have.

You're part of the group making The Frontier for NV? Holy shit man, that mod is awesome and one which I'm waiting patiently for since I last saw the trailer way back in 2015 on YouTube. Can't wait to see what you and your comrades have in store when the mod officially comes out. Love the tank btw.

Anyways, welcome to GUN! Its quite surprising that the release of Skyrim SE split the community into two. I thought people would work together to make it better or what, but hey GUN is always open for more and more people! Enjoy your stay and happy modding!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I did indeed retexture the shovel when I was first starting out. I've come along way since then and I hope to release some new stuff in the coming months. I'm unsure exactly which studio I want to work at, but some of my favorites are 2K and Naughtydog. I have a lot of friends in the industry so far, so hopefully when I build up a portfolio I can land a job easier. Again thanks for all the comments.

Take-Two disgust me, but they own 2k (and so many other). Naughtydog are real heroes with their game ! I hope you'll find a job in a good studio
