I tumbled upon the following problem while tweaking:
For a while at dawn one can see only the corona of the sun (its portion that is governed by SunCoronaIntensity) but the sun itself isn't activitated or glowing for the lack of a better term. Therefore no sunrays are applied to it. The same at dusk - one can see the corona but the sun itself seemed to be switched off way too early as it is actually shining way too late at dawn. And when the sun actually shines it kind of just pops up or fades out abruptly respectively. Changing the SunIntensity-value doesn't do anything to fix this.

Why isn't the sun actually shining?

At the moment I use CM-lightning but I had the same issue before with the mod that comes along 47 ENB. So perhaps this isn't something that can be dealt with via ENB but the Geck?

i know strange, i always wondered why obsidian didn't add them

This isn't about vanilla NV as there are no sky rays in there anyway.
This is about ENB settings (though perhaps one has to utilize the climate/weather settings in the Geck as well?) and the sun being "switched on" abruptly after its corona was visible for quite some time. What I want is the sun being "active"/shining right the moment it starts to rise above the horizon line. As it is now, one can see just the corona when the sun starts to rise at dawn.
