Fallout 1 - Probably around 3-4 times.

Fallout 2 - I played the bajeezus out of this game. Cannot recall how many playthroughs but it was a lot.

Fallout 3 - 2-3. Not much options for role play which means not much replay-ability for me.

Fallout: NV - Too many to count.

Fallout 4 - Around 10. Definitely an improvement from Fallout 3 but still needs improvement on consequence based decisions and more branching story lines but they are trying(you have to commend them for that).

Fallout NV : I begin a new game each time I want to test something new so I have lost the count, and I will do it again tonight.

Fallout 3 : 3 times..  1 w/ no mods..  1 w/ all official DLCs & 1 with Tales of Two Wastelands installed..

Fallout NV :  5 times..   1 w/ no mods.. 3 w/ all official DLCs and 1 w/ Tales of Two Wastelands...

Fallout 4 : 6 times..  1 w/ no mods and the other 5 with all official DLCs...

In all cases the first run through used no mods..  all other playthroughs had a lot of mods...  

Fallout 3: 2 times ---- After that, i just play with mods and kill everyone!
Fallout New Vegas: 2 times ---One with NCR and another with Legion. After that, just like Fallout 3, I play with mods, mostly guns and armor mods since there's so many cool ones.
Fallout 4: 1 time --- The only 3D fallout game that I play only once. And I got bored of it at about 40% of my playthrough, unlike 3 and nv, i just rush through it after that and didn't bother with side quests since it's all pretty much the same and mostly uninterested. Now I only play with mods
I know this is not a Fallout game but, Skyrim: 0.50 ----- I got into Skyrim before Fallout games and didn't know there's such thing as mods. But half way through I learned how to mod and...... yep, you guess it, i never finish the game and didn't even start the DLC. Planning to go back soon.

Fallout 1: 1 time( considering to playing it again sometime soon.)
Fallout 2: started it but after finding out my village was lost i accidentally started combat in vault city and in the save the combat was already started and the one before that was on the enclave terrain wich is a pain in the ass to get out of there, so i got lazy and never finished it.
Fallout Tactics: it glitched out on my PC, couldn't fix it.
Fallout 3: 2 or 3 times ( on xbox 360)
Fallout NV: more than 10 but i am not sure ( i have 114 hours on steam but never done the DLCs)
Fallout 4: 1 on ps4 and 1 on pc wich was a hard time getting through because the game had no replay ability.

my first fallout game was 3, beat that a few times, never finish fallout new vegas, and for fallout 4, i beat it once, working on my 2nd, since there is a achievement for the 3 different endings, i want to get all of them, i haven't even started far harbor or nuka world yet, and i had them on the day of there release, i also took a long break from my pc and xbox one x, real life came up, but im back at gaming again, so my 2nd fallout 4 play through will be done here in a day or 2.

Fallout 1: 0.01, played a bit but i'm too spoiled with "good graphics"

Out of the 8 ive planned (NCR loyal, NCR fuck up (missions), Mr house loyal, etc.). I always have an NCR Ranger build (that does the (morally) right thing no matter what) and a legion smooth talker

I've lost count, but I've done at least a dozen or more for New Vegas and probably about 5 or 6 for FO4.

About 5 or 4 for Fallout 1, lately with the Fixt mod
Only once for F2, F4 and Tactics, and about a dozen or so combined for NV and F3. Currently doing TTW playthru, and I have gone full circle. I got to say, F3 felt like a beta more than anything else, compared to the features that NV brought in, they fit like a glove. But now, I just can't see myself ever going back, playing TTW feels like I'm playing F3 like it was meant to be for the first time in 10 years since it was released, not to mention FNV, with all it's cut content, and the lack of it in some places

Honestly, if Bethesda remakes F1 and 2 in their new engine, I can die a happy man. That, or that team remakes NV in the F4 engine, the new changes to the engine will be a welcome improvement, and I think the closest thing to playing NV for the first time again

Doesn't seem like much, but everytime I play them I do everything that's possible, not just the main mission and a couple of secondaries.

Fallout 1 is currently at about 1/3, I tried playing it once and got mad at the chances to hit and then took to a bit of a guide to learn a bit of the basics and Im progressing much more smoothly and having a good time with it.
Fallout 2 is currently at 0 but Ive looked extensively into the lore of 1 and 2 after being too frustrated to play them a couple years ago to where I at least understand it, gonna play it after I finish Fallout
Fallout 3 Ive played once and didnt buy the DLC's because I borrowed it from a friend
Fallout New Vegas Ive probably finished about 4 or 5 times trying different outcomes to quests and different builds. Next one is gonna be a legion playthrough because Its hard for me to convince myself to take the "evil" routes in games so I could never get behind the legion.
Fallout 4 I played about 8 hours of on release and got upset withmy computer having issues with it when it shouldnt and the changes to the gameplay. Now that its fixed up a bit I want to actually play it but Its a long download for my bad internet and I dont want anything else Im doing to load slowly because of it

@Pashmina If you think that fallout 1 is frustrating with not being able to hit enemies in the early game, just wait until you play fallout 2

On that note, don't forget to play Tactics as well. It is not very polished, more unfinished than any other fallout game, in fact, but it's still part of the old trio, same way F3, NV and F4 is for the modern gamers, definitely worth a shot
