Here we go again, I'm hyped!

lol. more like prepare the epic disappointment again.

I saw the trailer earlier and it's caught my attention. I hope DICE addressed the issues present in the current iteration. The current game lacks a great amount of features that were present in the original Battlefront games. Most importantly I want a proper offline mode. The original Battlefronts were remarkably similar to Battlefield and the arcadey style of the current version left me bitter.

Nevertheless, I am not preordering this game unless some major changes occurred.

Here is the trailer


-In the beginning we see a shot of of an imperial star destroyer and a ship I'm not sure the name of with ties escorting it

-The next shot we see the second death star exploding with 3 imperial pilots with red markings and a probe droid looking up at it from endor, they seem to be standing on a vehicle, I think it maybe a tipped over AT-ST

-We then see an up close photo of are main character I assume

-Then we see a Tie Fighter flying through the wreckage of a battle, I assume the tie fighter is flying away from endor

-Next we see the frigate we saw in the first shot jumping into hyperspace, the people piloting it have the same red markings as the people we saw on endor

-In the next shot we see star destroyers firing at something with a dogfight going on next to them

-Then there are some x wings flying through a space battle with star destroyers everywhere, I think this might be scarif but I'm not sure

-We then see the Starkiller base with a lot of tie fighters flying out from it

-then we see a shot of AT-ATs and stomrtroopers advancing through a city, this might be coruscant because of the city like environment but this is only a guess

-Then we see the Milenium Falcon being chased by 2 Tie fighters (Regular Variant) over a river on a green lush planet it looks like

-In the next shot wee see a few AT-ATs and a snow trooper on a snow planet probably hot, the snow trooper gets ran into by a rebel on a tauntaun

-Then we see Darth Maul igniting his lightsaber on what looks like to be on the place in episode 1 where he fought obi wan and qui gon, then it goes back to show yoda igniting his lightsaber

-Then we see rey running through a battle on takodana I think'

-Kylo Ren then does a look over the shoulder in a cave it looks like

-Then we see the advertising poster with space battle between the REPUBLIC and the CIS (Gets even more hyped)
with venators fighting providence class's and a droid control ship with some other CIS and republic ship. In the middle we see rey, I assume the main character of the campaign and Darth maul

Im am so hyped,but hopefully I wont raise my expectations and be disappointed because I expected more from Battlefront EA last time.

Shoot I haven't been this hyped in ages. This actually looks promising. Three era! DICE you might just have outdone yourself.

Saw the trailer last night, it looks good but I just hope that DICE can actually make this one better than the first.

Battlefront 1 was a nightmare of unpopulated gamemodes, poor quantity of maps, emotes and that horrific token system (so help me god if IT is in BF2). Not going to get my hopes up until I see actual gameplay and news starts to flow in consistently..

It looks good, but knowing DICE and EA they'll cut most of the game and add it later as DLC. Even if the game is good, if they go money-hungry with the content I'll just not buy it all.

Looks promising than the other. I just hope that EA don't muck it up by releasing the main game with only a certain part then asking us to pay for DLC's for the other parts which may include the ones that people are after. Though the thought of it spanning all 7 episodes is just mind-blowing, I do hope they include single-player campaigns and skirmishes this time round.

I am excited for it, especially since all three eras are available. That alone should mean there is more content than the first. Keyword, should. The first one had the groundwork of a good game, but I find that the lack of content is what people complain about the most about the game. Which is why I never ended up getting it. So I'm really hoping that this will be good, so I can finally play a new Star Wars game.

Can't wait to port clone armors! Looks like they listened to all the complaints first one had. Can't wait for full trailer.

Honestly it looks just amazing. I really hope that it has the same class and vehicle system that the original battlefronts had.

I really hope the game to be a real SW:Battlefront game and not just battlefield with blasters like the other one. Fingers crossed...

So excited for them to finally visit the prequel era! Hopefully, assuming there is definitely a campaign of some sort, it follows all the eras like the original Battlefront did

Hopefully there is a campaign for each era sorta like For Honor that would be amazing

Campaign, Clone Wars, and space battles. Seems like DICE learned a lot from last time, so count me optimistic. The only things lefts for me to check off are a more traditional vehicle system, longer lifespans, and some sort of element of galactic conquest.

Based what we saw in that 30 second video, it seems like EA and DICE are listening to the fans and adding stuff that we all wanted to see in the first game.

Still, I hope it turns out better than the first one did!

I hope so. One thing I'm concerned about is this: How different will Clone/Droid customization be compared to Rebel/Imperial customization?
