Hi. So recently I started replay New Vegas and this happened to me few hours ago. After complete the honest heart, when I try to fast travel to Mojave Outpost or near it, it gave me CTD. I tired send my companion to home and then travel to outpost, it worked, but when I tried to enter the interior (barracks and headquarters), it gave me CTD again. I use a lot of mods but the FNVEdit gave me no error messages. I was really frustrating by this and everything worked fine before honest heart.
Update: Nevermind, managed to fix it. It was a bug from newly released 4GB patcher. The newer version fixed it.
