Same, Even just staring at that obelisk in that basement used to scare me when I was younger. The ghost farm in fallout 2 was pretty creepy too. Even after I found out the truth about it. _________________ - My Mods:

| Well, when I first finished Fallout 3 - before Broken Steel came out, mind you! And my Wanderer gave his life in Project Purity. That was a moment that had me pause.
Ofc, it was completely screwed over when Broken Steel came out and said that "you didnt die, you just lost consciousness!"
Also, pretty much all of Necropolis. When I first got there and the surreal music started playing, with weird shambling skinless humanoids... That left its mark! _________________ "...forceful change is being thrust upon you now and though it may feel like it is happening against your will you need to remember that this is for your own good." | Tranquility Lane. The idea of being stuck in some fake simulation forever to be tormented by a single individual who essentially plays God really disturbs me. Not to mention that the whole place is the definition of uncanny. From the overly happy soundtrack, residents, and people, to the sociopathic man posing as a little girl who finds pleasure creating misery for others. When I found out that I could end the whole program by activating the "fail safe" solution and freeing everyone leaving Braun alone in eternity rather than playing his cruel games, I took it. |

| Probably that moment in Point Lookout where you eat the Punga fruit. Was a little bit eerie and weird for 9 year old me. |

| Fallout was not disturbing in a way that ...that gave me spooks .It was more of how it refenenced the real world scenario .There is far more to this . |

| probably the weirdest one where I chose an outlaw playthrough and killed everyone in Megaton, then as I went discovering I entered the Dunwich building and I was quite scared when Lucas Simms was standing near the obelisk and guess what? I KILLED HIM.
still haunts me to this day cause I did not know what caused the game to glitch him into the building and somehow resurrected him. _________________ In this shaken, twisted world, I gradually become transparent, unable to be seen. Please don't bother looking for me; don't stare at me..

| When I got into Vault 22 and read every single terminal. Believe me, I was so terrified on what happened that my mind started to imagine things vividly while playing. I had a hard time sleeping because my house is surrounded by plants. |

| I would stay up till midnight when I had FNV on the 360. I had started "they're stands the grass" and had already knew that the spore carriers were they''re but it didn't make the quest less terrifying it was tense as fuck I wasted a shit ton of ammo by shooting bushes.... I hate that fucking quest. |

| The Sierra Madre was pure evil. The ambience and soundtrack were spine-tingling. The ghost people were unnerving and tragic once you found out what happened to them. And the story of Sinclair and Vera was the tragic cherry on top. _________________ |

| Well, i am not a person who really cares for things that usually creep us out, but as i love to roleplay, i like to feel what my character is feeling, so sometimes even a ghoul appearing behind me without making a sound is kinda scary. Not for real, but it enhances the gameplay. I just can't remember a specific moment to tell, and when i'm in action most times i just go on and don't care much for the events. What really disturbs me is listening to old radio broadcasts, reading letters and terminals, knowing what people have gone through in the past. I was exploring FALLON's store in FO4, the one to the south, and i started to hear a radio message. The girl was desperated, because she was trapped and without water nor food. I can just say that i felt uneasy and tried to turn the radio off as quickly as possible. There are others too, you find a mother protecting his son against ghouls in the trains near vault 81... When i find what happened, i always stay there, thinking about life. _________________ |

| My first fully modded playthrough of Fallout New Vegas was a special one, and for those who have yet to play this game I will keep this entirely spoiler free.
Walking into a run down town where you meet the first group of Legionaires in the game was an incredible experience. I was totally immersed into the world I was experiencing, walked down the the center of the road, looking a men to the left and right of me crucified on crosses, some dead, some wishing they were dead. Thinking I was already a badass, I took my pistol out and attempted killing off all of the Legion troops surrounding me, threatening me to leave or face them. Yeah, taking my pistol out, bad idea.
It is incredible that so many of you have had these experiences and speak about them as if they actually happened, the mind can do some incredible things, especially considering all we like to do is stare at a couple thousand pixels... _________________ Enjoy an array of screenshots from different games and one of my favorite quotes of all time. | For me, it was doing the whole of Dead Money. Man, i expected the horrors of the Sierra Madre and the whole Ghost-People thing, but not the whole "The hardest part is letting go..." Still gives me chills to this day. Also, alot of Old World Blues is actually pretty messed up (Poor Gabe!) _________________ "With all things being equal, the simplest explanation tends to be the right one" -William of Ockham (Occam) |

| My most disturbing moment was actually something quite subliminal. It was when I was playing Fallout 3 years and years ago and went into a random house and saw two skeletons hugging each other in their bed with the T.V. in front of them. It was some pretty heavy stuff, if I do say so myself. _________________ "You know what, Trigger? Why don't you lead and I'll follow." |

| Probably the first time i played fallout 3 i was pretty young, and i had trouble killing a mole-rat because i just couldn't ge the knack of mouse and keyboard after about 15 missed shots i finally killed it, so i went into sneak to see if i was under attack (lo and behold i was in danger) so i turn around to see a deathclaw for the first time in full 3D, inches away, needless to say i did not survive. _________________ Banner and Avatar made by Star, AKA: Wergon - '' Star's Workshop'' “If you can't blow them away with your brilliance, Baffle them with your bullshit.” |

| Probably when I was playing Dust and I was first attacked by the wendigo. I was not expecting the sound that it made. It was dark and foggy and then this stretched humanoid creature came screaming at me with its limbs. It was very unpleasant. _________________ swiggitty swooty I'm coming for that booty -George Washington |

| For me it was the first time I encountered a ghoul in fallout 3.. I was very young and decided to play in the dark as I was on my way to the gnr radio station through the subway. i will never forget the chills and adrenaline i got from hearing the ghouls as i opened that gate and how bad i jumped when they attacked me. |
