| I wouldn't recommend ENBs to PCs that can't handle them so I'd say lay off then ENBs and go for a good weather mod and possibly some subtle grass mods and then call it a day. ENBs are very taxing on systems that cant handle them.
NV and 3 don't look too bad in the first place though, so you aren't missing much, coming from a guy that uses ENB. |

| Yeah like Corvo says if your system can handle it then go ahead |

| I agree with Corvo, If your PC can't handle an enb, go with a nice lighting and weather mod, they get rid of that yellow tint in game. _________________ You're a funny guy Sully, that's why I'm gonna kill you last. -Arnold Schwarzenegger

| I have a potato pc but my NV runs pretty well with ENBs and performance mods, i'm using RUDY ENB performance version right now, i sometimes lag and stutter but overall it's smooth, but if your pc can't handle it, don't force it, if your system can handle it, go ENB, but pick performance over quality |

| I would say go for it! ENB it up, if you want. But like the others had said, only if your computer can handle it. A lot of the ENBs that are offered right now require somewhat more than the vanilla game's standards. Even with performance mods, people generously had given, it might be difficult to play whether game you're playing with them on.
But if you decide to use an ENB, tweak the settings in the .ini or in the in-game configurator, and see what settings works best for you!~
Each ENB is different, from many talented individuals. Some require more from your computer, some require less. There's a hefty amount of performance ENBs on the market right now that are quite top notch! If your computer is more for that strong-suit. (From experience from using a low-medium powered PC in the past.) |

| @Corvo Also a very good recommendation. That's why i initially suggested using MillENB, because it is so subtle and doesn't have much of a performance impact. I was using that when i still had an old GTX 570 in my rig lol. But if your rig can't handle that ENB, then you pretty much won't be able to run one period. Honestly, as long as the ugly orange tint is gone, the game looks decent _________________ This is War, Survival is Your Responsibility. |

- Just today I tried installing an enb and it reminded me why I never used enbs because I almost messed up my game files. My only advice can be if you are gonna mess with enbs just copy your all files except data folder somewhere else and copy shaders from data files so if you mess anything up you can always return.
It's always good to have backups, especially when you are modding your game. I have multiple copies of main directory with different ENB files, original main- and data directory backed up and modded data folder backup. I have 46Gb of data just for backups....
Also, it is fairly easy to remove ENB files, just delete everything which came along with the archive. Yeah but for a noob like me who only deals with the kind of mods that 99% of the time only require you activating the mod in the mod manager enbs are the quite complex. But you are right it can be done easily if you are actually careful |

| Get this mod to easily get rid of your enb mod. I'm using it everytime when I wanna switch my enb and never encountered any problems _________________ Nuka Cola. Nuka Cola never changes. |

| @"Grimmex" its called overmodding. Yes, FPS is no issues at 50 mods. 120, more like 175 with merges, ENB, Reshade, Sweet FX, INI files tweaked beyond Ultra, Grass and playing at 21:9 ratio 3440 x 1440. I probally cannot be helped. |

| @shin8651 Alright yeah at that point you're definitely not gonna get 60fps You could always try different ENB's. I generally use Rudy, but as of late I'm using Blackout and even though it looks much more intense, I find myself with even better framerates and load times than before. Some ENB's are just optimized a little better than others. _________________ This is War, Survival is Your Responsibility. |

| @Grimmex Thanks for the tip on Millenia's ENB, got a lovely balance between ENB graphics and performance, hitting 40fps+ in most areas, which I can totally live with |
