To be honest when I got on this site I really thought nothing of it, I only came here for a mod CloneUltima or really just to browse what is available here. But as I browse and really start to read other posts and so on, I also begin to notice how amazing this community is. So now I bothered to sign up and now I only have one question on my mind. How do I actually become known so I do gain access to some of those really neat mods like CloneUltima. Please and thank you.

There's no definite way to be noticed... My advice is to take the time to enjoy being a part of this family. Post about things that interest you, converse with your fellow Gunners, mind the rules and obey them, and most importantly... be yourself!

You'll find that there is a lot more here than just the mods!

Raiz said it perfectly, all you gotta do is take part in our community. Post here and there, show off your screenshots, welcome other new users etc. Just contribute to the family here. There's all sorts of ways to do so. That's the best part of GUN, our community. After a while you won't even care so much about being colonial because you'll grow attached to GUN and the people here.

I feel like I should point this out, its not that hard to become ingrained in the community. I'm always eager to post here, I've only been on for two weeks and I've already reached established and gotten to know a lot of cool people. You see that line near the top of the page? "Come for the mods, stay for the community?" Couldn't be more accurate, personally, the mods are a bonus, the new friends are why I'm stickin' around.
