I may not be the most prominent member of this wonderful community but, having been promoted and seemingly become silent afterwards and more so in a couple of weeks I figured a wee explanation might be at hand.
Alcohol, my sworn enemy of 15 plus years, and culprit of many a cock-up in my life, the depression, multiple suicide attempts, along side drug addiction, has taken it's toll for long enough, and is now my ticket to 6 months in a clinic to regain control of my life, my mind and whatever else I lost along the way!
Nervous and hopeful, terrified and excited. The prospect of exiting the establishment with aid in acquiring a new home and employment, both of which I shall be able to keep up with, bills paid and only a reason of leaving because of a promotion or a better job, rather then the usual banging on the door because I'm behind in rent or "relieved" of my duties, because it's not safe to have me working in a busy kitchen, or indeed that I reek of liquid debauchery and can barely string a sentence together without tilting from side to side!
So yes! The place I'm going does allow you to bring a laptop/tv, a guitar shall join me also, no WiFi but a couple of PC's are hooked up in the lounge so the odd comment may arise from time to time. A nice little place it is, only a handful of residents and has good reviews!
So, fingers crossed I get to live after all

@Gogatsu390 that's grim bud and yeah, depression, such a joy! Then topping it up with drinking to block it out, decided to stay there and BAM! I'm in my 30's and not got my shit together in the slightest, pretty pitiful!
