| So I fixed all my stutter issues but now it seems to just be lag spikes. I get the lag spikes when there are large amounts of NPCs in the area or if it is loading new objects. I am also using TTW and when I am in the CW the lag is worse then it is in the Mojave. |

Pretty much like ConradeBear said, lower your resolution, but also change your game settings to the lowest possible, you could even change them via the .ini found in your documents/my games/ It sure would help a lot. You could always download optimized textures (which can be found on the Nexus), it may help. Or you remove some NPCs using the Geck. That would be your best bet, it sure is crap to remove npcs but it would be better that than the lag, but like i say, try changing the settings first, and see if it helps. _________________ "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us"- Gandalf the Bla- I mean the white. |

| If you have NVSR installed go into the ini and change bHookLightCriticalSections to =0 if it's not already. I had bad stuttering problems but I disabled that setting in the ini and my game has been running smoothly ever since. But I may have had a different problem than what you're having so I apologize if that's the case. |

| TTW has been known to have bad fps in the Capital Wasteland. It's because the world spaces in FO3 are much more complicated than in NV.
There's not much really you can do apart from NVSR, downgrading settings and so on. Be glad that you can even run anything on the terrible gamebryo engine at all. |

| You can also try making some INI changes via the recommended tweaks in this application.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69787/?
It will work for FNV, FO4, FO3, Skryim, SSE. It's save my a** many times when I've messed up my INI files. |
