| Hello welcome!
Modding areas are kind of big. So you tell us what area you're interested in, let's say if you want to create armor or weapons (3d design) or just change gameplay like make the game more difficult, create quests, create maps, etc.
So, it would be easier for all of us to know the areas, that way we could point you in the right direction. If you check the forums, you will see the categories for modding, so you could start right there.
