Subject: REPORT UNBECOMING BEHAVIOR Mon Oct 27, 2014 10:28 pm
I would like to make it clear that we expect reports whenever a member, whether staff or not, is out of line.
If a staff member is abusing his rank, please make sure to take screenshots of the incident and report him immediately.
We can't fix problems if we aren't aware of them.
We will not cover-up any wrong-doings of any staff member. We will not plot against the general interest of the community.
We hold each and every one of you to respecting certain rules, which we must be held to as well. Don't gossip behind our backs. Tell it to our faces so that we'll handle it and resolve the issues.
This site was built off of trust, equality, respect AND FEEDBACK
We cannot improve if we're not told who, when or how we do wrong.
Help us make this place safe from hostility, resent, discomfort. Please enjoy your stay here. Thank you and best regards!
Guys, someone by the name of "Hawkscr1mer" is posting pictures of ours armors on Nexus!
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/images/40772/? That's me. How exactly does uploading screenshots can get me banned? It just happened that my character is wearing certain armor, that's all. Have you seen me linking mods or even mentioning GUN there? You can even see my comment there - "I'm not allowed to reveal anything here". My character's hair is also ported, but it appears on every shot, just like the 99% of nexus screenshots feature ported stuff like hair and other things (or you're going to tell me that the hairpacks you constantly see there are uploaded on Nexus? Lol!). You gotta just google the forbidden on Nexus "Misc Hairstyles" and realize that almost everyone uploads the screenshots with that mod. I believe that you're the "ebanno" guy from Nexus, am I right? He spammed me with private messages about this. If people would get banned for this - they would be banned long time ago. If you got banned, it means that you intentionally advertised ported material, posted links or tried to upload the said mods, which goes against the rules of this community.

@Dio Brando i just always seen people say you'll get banned from the nexus if you upload images of mods from here, or mention the site on nexus so i just always stuck to that
if you link to the site you will get a warning or a ban, depending on the moderator and if you have made an offence before. A simple image share has not gotten people banned i think. But dont quote me on that

Its more to do with legal reasons, Nexus does not want to be caught affiliated with ported content risking any of their content or their site being taken down. Thus, the general rule is don't mention and don't post.
If Nexus were to find that your images had illegal content on them then they might ban you or ask you to remove them.

The Nexus rules states you cannot post ported images and can be banned for it. BUT it all depends if you get reported and which moderators review the case. If you are cool with the mods than you'll probably won't even get a warning. From my experience, if you are again pretty cool with the mods and follow all of the big rules, you will be fine.
FYI though, I know people who were banned for posting ported images. Not a lot but def some. You post ported images at your own risk.
"No illegal content Images showing copyrighted content, content owned by other persons/entities and obtained/produced without their permission or content that is considered illegal according to the laws of the United Kingdom (e.g. images featuring pedophilia, necrophilia, bestiality, etc.) should not be uploaded either to public Image Share or Supporters' Image Share.
Please share your own work! Do not take other peoples creations and parade them as your own. It is not only unfair, but a bannable offense. We take stealing content from others seriously. You have been warned.
Images showing private mods and mods from other sites As a rule of thumb images showing content from mods not hosted on a Nexus site, including unreleased private mods or mods obtained from sites other than Nexus, that would not be permissible on the Nexus file servers may not be uploaded to public and supporters' image share. If you create a private mod for your own enjoyment using content from other modders without permission then do not upload images of that mod. Simply put; if any mods shown in your image could not be hosted on the Nexus because of our rules then do not upload the image to our Image Share."
