I can't really decide which is my favorite, so far it's a tie between jury rigger and shotgun surgeon. I like jury rigger because its just so much easier to repair stuff, but shotgun surgeon makes shotguns more useful.

I still haven't made a character that's made it to level 50 but so far my favorite is the cannibal perk.
That perk has helped me big time on hardcore mode and it's even better with the devour gore mod.

Bloody mess is always a lot of fun.

Charge! lol there's nothing better than charging into a deathclaw and knocking it's big ass over for a few seconds

The cowboy perk because i love the weapons it affects

Jury Rigging, you will never ever spend your money on repairs for armor or weapons again.

The strong back perk cos it lets me carry more and I'm a hoarder in games so need all the space I can get.

Bloody mess because it is ridiculously funny to watch your enemies being blown away with a 9mm pistol or hunting rifle.

The Concentrated Fire Perk has always been my Fav In both Fo3 & FNV I love the +5% increase hit chance in vats.

Well, obviously it's gotta be the And Stay Back perk for shotguns. Nothing like watching them enemies fall down. Completely broken with any semi auto or auto shotties.

I'm melee character so Super slam is my favorite perk.Just loving knocking people down with a sledgehammer.

For me wild wastelander due to all the funny stuff put in game.

Wild Wasteland or Mr Sandman is awesome I always kill papa khan that way and I get NCR Ranger Armor that way too

Light Touch, it's so crazy good. I usually always used light armor anyway. Oh and Set Lasers for Fun! Just cause :]

i might have to change my choice to wild wasteland. there was a good bit of fun stuff from that.

I don't regret anything about getting this perk. Although it sort of annoys me at time because i like an engaging enemy, it's quite funny to watch enemies get knocked back over railings or over cliff sides. It's like performing a Fus-Roh-Dah on some guards on a cliff side and watching them go flying. haha
