| Subject: Fatigue Bug after Quitting Survival Mode Sun Jul 24, 2016 7:26 am | |
| So I decided to try Survival Mode for a bit, just to see what the big deal was, and I decided pretty quickly that it wasn't for me, so I switched back to normal difficulty (I think it's silly that they never let you go back to Survival Mode after that. What about those of us who want to test it out first before making a commitment??). Anyway, for some reason, even though I'm no longer in survival mode, my character appears to be experiencing fatigue, as a little red bar has started growing on my AP bar. At first I thought it was just radiation damage, until I remembered that only affects health. So I tried sleeping, but that only seemed to increase my fatigue. I tried eating a ton of food and drinking a bunch of purified water, but that still didn't take it away. And I should'nt even be experiencing fatigue in the first place, because I'm not in survival mode!!! Has anyone else encountered this bug, or have any idea how to fix it, apart from loading a save prior to using survival mode? I'd really prefer not to have to do that, as I got a lot of work done on a settlement after quitting survival mode, so I'd have to start that ALL over if the only option is to revert to an older save. Are there any console commands or anything to fix fatigue? Curse it all, Bethesda, test your games more!! Update: I've tried everything I can think of: resting, eating, drinking, taking antibiotics, talking to a doctor. Nothing takes the fatigue away. However, I noticed that the fatigue doesn't seem to increase past a certain point. I tried waiting for 24 hours, and it didn't change. So I guess if all else fails, I can live with a small amount of fatigue? |
