| I was outside Camp Mccarran with 4 other soldiers patrolling the wall around about 6 in the morning when a grenade hit and killed 2 of our guys, a pfc and a conscript , out of panic and disorientation we ran for cover without any covering fire.Another trooper was then shot right in the head and dropped before he could get there. So now its just me and my Medic Who had dropped his weapon when the grenade was blown. I told him that I would cover for him while he ran for reinforcements from the base. So while I was pinning the Fiends down with fire he ran for reinforcements. So then its just me a few magazines and a grenade I always kept with me. So as I was reloading, a fiend comes out behind a car with a knife and is quickly cut down. That leaves a dozen or so left, I then got my grenade out and threw it over near their lines, killing only 4 who didnt have enough time to get away. As I was hammering away with my service rifle hoping to get atleast 2 or so more when another grenade goes off near me, but this time it got me.. I came to, just to see 7 or so fiend's laughing, one of em holding my rifle, and trying to decide what to do with me, some wanted to turn me into the legion, make a few caps, another wanted to string my body up on the ceiling for killing his friends. As the others hit and beat on me, one of em loaded a round in my rifle and pointed it at my head. when, finally a glimmer of hope.. The medic had returned with reinforcements, 10 soldiers and i still thank those guys everytime I see em too. After the fiends were dealt with, we collected the fallen heroes and returned back to base. There would be no more war, or suffering for the soldiers who would never get to go home. So the story was a little off topic but I thought i was a cool way to showcase what really does happen at Camp Mccarran (well, how I think it would) but yea I wanna see you guys stories. _________________ "Looks like we're shy 1 horse." | Haha, nice one! The Chronicles of an NCR Grunt I don't remember any particular gunfight, but I have a story from Fallout 3, if that counts as a proper gunfight. I think I was doing one of the main quests, finding the Museum of Technology I think, and I got lost. I don't know what the hell was I doing that I interpreted the compass arrow so falsely. I ended up going to the Statesman hotel and I couldn't go back for some reason, but I had to push through the Super Mutant hordes and ultimately fail Reily's Rangers Quest because I didn't take that quest earlier. My last non-quick save game was unfortunately at least an hour or so of progress back, that's why I decided to battle those super mutants with just the hunting rifle. I died multiple times and it was frustrating as hell. Anyway, catch you later, Harmonica |

| Probably one of my favourite gun fights was taking over The Fort. There was just so many legion soldiers overwhelming me, but thankfully I had 6 companions with me and we mowed them all down.
Some other favourites of mine were had fighting off the mass hordes of legion soldiers in the stadium, good times _________________ Writer on the Fallout Intensive Project, which aims to bring the Fallout story to the UK.Bug Tester, Interior Creator, Designer and Decorator on the Frontier Mod |

| Mhn, think mine would have to be FO4's Concord battle with the Raiders and Death Claw. Despite being a starter area where everything tends to just double over if you sneeze at it...
It got very chaotic shortly after grabbing the minigun--the raiders were just sort of scattered everywhere; so bullets were flying at me from all directions (thank goodness for power armor!). The Death Claw added a new element into the mix, helping murder some raiders before barreling down the street towards me only to be taken out by the truck exploding in the middle of the street....and then silence.
Runner up gun-fight would be FO3's Reilly Rangers quest after the elevator ride down and running into the group of super mutants. _________________ Currently Away tending to family medical needs. Will be on sporadically to say, "Hi" and flick pieces of pepperoni at everyone.- Fun Random Fact(s):
I enjoy repeating numbers, specifically 11. I also enjoy numbers appearing in a sequence such as in Month/Day/Year. IE: 02/04/06 and so on. This makes November Eleventh, Two Thousand Eleven my favorite day to date when written short as 11/11/11. Despite my near unhealthy obsession with numbers...I loathed Math in my school years.

| I remember in fallout new vegas in lonesome road I was using the enclave commander and me and my men were ambushed I lost 2 men and I was injured after an explosion next thing I know gunshots are going off everywhere I lost all of my men after the skirmish but I was able to live what made this fight so memorable for me was the calm before it happened. _________________ When Life Gives You Lemons Keep Em Cause hey free lemons

| I believe the opening to honest hearts was pretty good, but in terms of raw gameplay, my assault on the caesars legion camp, especially caesars tent, those ballistic fist spamming cheats deserved everything they got for making me restart over and over again, (I had never learned to use drugs back then, just stimpax and rad away), and of course i got to take those ballistic fists and sell them for caps, so i could buy an anti-material rifle. |

| How has none mentioned a someguy mod yet? For me its got to be Sergio from NVB2. While Marko was a great anthisis for the courier, Sergio is what started it all. The firefight in question, was just me, a six shooter. 3 stimpack, and sergio and all his men. I died a few times, but damn it was it satisfying when I killed that son of a bitch in the end. |

| I believe it was in a mod called "The time machine 2" (or something like that). If I remember correctly (spoilers, of course), I had to attack a chinese base with a single Raider to help me. However, I decided to take some Imperial Troopers with me. So we went to the past, spent a couple minutes trying to kill the guards (they were hiding really good) while I was trying to not get my soldiers killed. Then we went into the base, which was a giant warehouse with a giant Protectron in it.
Cue the bullets flying in every direction, from and to both sides of the conflict, including the robot. All the while the workers just sit on their Terminals calm as a spring day. I didn't really care about the soldiers, but instead tried my best to kill the robot. With a powerfist. Yeah, I shouldn't have done that.
When I finally killed the damn thing, it fell over (killing one of the chinese soldiers in the process) and exploded like a bunch of mini nukes. With me right in front of it. Needless to say, I had to replay that fight multiple times.
When I managed to do it without getting killed, the bombs hit. As in, the Great War bombs. Which resultet in a bunch of super mutants (most of which had rocket launchers) coming into the warehouse and attacking me and what was left of my soldiers.
After killing those things, we went out and there were a bunch more. Took me around half an hour to kill those ones, because there were a lot of them and I was using pretty weak weapons. When that was finally done, I went Back To The Future 3: Marty's Big Adventure! and proceeded to kill everyone in the present because I was very frustrated. It was fun though. |

| Despite my numerous attempts to make fnv a harsher experience I don't find it intense on most gun fights however DUST is pretty great, but I would like to post an Arma 2 dayz story instead. so I was in the town of Vybor in the far north of the map and as I ran into the town I saw a group of four people, and I only had myself and my friend McCoy, so my group and the other were on opposite ends of the town, so for about 2 real time hours I was crawling around at night around this town not knowing where the other group was as me and McCoy slowly widdled there numbers down, every time I saw a tree I had a minny heart thinking it was a person me in the end me and McCoy killed 3 of the 4, we both think the last guy just booked it. That was intense as fuck man. |

| Mine was definitely defending The Fort from the BOS in Fallout 4, having to shoot off tons of pieces of power armor from knights _________________ |
