Try running it through LOOT first.

That will identify what might be wrong with your load order. Once done, be sure to save your newly sorted load order. Word of warning, once saved, it might manually disable all your mods in NMM if you use it. If so you need to turn them back on in the "plugins" tab.
If it doesn't work, you might need FO4edit.

This will tell you if any of the mods are damaged or cause problems when loading. Using both should narrow down most problems with comparability and help crashes.
