Hey everyone. Im trying to make a new armor mod for FO4, and Im having the hardest time trying to figure out how to put the Power Helmet Pipboy effect and the Modulated voice effect for the player, on a NON Power Armor helmet.

Anyone have any ideas on how that is done exactly?

Ive been playing around with some of the keywords, but nothing seems to work....
